Group Workshops
Immerse yourself in our dynamic group workshops designed to foster connection, inspiration, and breakthroughs. My workshops are carefully crafted to address the unique challenges individuals and entrepreneurs face in their personal and professional lives.
Individual Coaching Sessions
In my coaching sessions, I employ a variety of tools and strategies to help individuals challenge negative thought patterns, build self-confidence and cultivate an abundance mindset.
Journaling
Through personalized journaling exercises we will encourage self-reflection and introspection, providing valuable insights that contribute to the clarity of purpose.
Breathwork
Focusing on our breathing helps regulate the flow of breath to balance the body and mind. Not everyone should participate in intense breathwork, including those who are pregnant or have medical conditions such as high blood pressure, kidney disease, heart disease, panic disorder or asthma. Breathwork sessions offered during workshops and 1:1 coaching will be mild in intensity, but optional for participants. It is not recommended to practice intense breathwork while at extreme altitudes or while submerged in water.
Meditation
A mind clearing technique that brings us into the present moment. Meditation can be used to relax, reduce anxiety, find mental clarity and energize us for the day ahead. Research shows health benefits to meditation also include enhancing your mood, healthier sleep patterns and a boost in overall cognitive skills.
Ikigai
A Japanese concept that means “reason for being” and helps us define our life purpose. Through this concept we will consider what we love, what we are good at, what we can be paid for and what the world needs. Ikigai helps us define our work and career goals, create meaningful connections with others, create work-life balance and maintain a clear and happy mindset.
EFT Tapping
Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping is an exercise that focuses on tapping our 12 meridian points of the body to relieve negative emotions or anxiety. Similar to the effects of acupressure or acupuncture therapy, the tapping techniques used during workshops and 1:1 coaching will be simple, at home techniques. This method helps clients release emotional blockages and cultivate a more harmonious relationship with their thoughts and feelings.
